Despite the disruption brought about by some seriously disruptive and unseasonal downpours, Morgan Creek Properties Construction division have made pleasing progress on the first phase of 11 apartment blocks, comprising 54 units. In addition to these works, the imposing gatehouse, including the Estate Manager’s suite, staff ablutions, waste handling area, and boundary walls are all nearing completion. In addition, and following some design modifications to the Estate’s infrastructure Structall Civils have now completed the bulk earthworks and been able to start on the internal roads and services reticulation in earnest. Occupations are still set for the last quarter of 2009.
