Morgan Creek Properties Group

The Morgan Creek Properties Group of Companies (MCPROPS) which now includes Morgan Creek Properties 307 (Pty)Ltd, Mark II Project Managers (Pty)Ltd and Riverhill Properties CC owes its origin to the creation of Mark II Projects CC in 1990 by founder members, Mark Johnson and Mark Taylor. In 1998 the old Mark II Projects was reformed under the new name of Mark II Project Managers (Pty)Ltd (M2PM) with Marcus Marchant and Mark Johnson, as its sole directors and shareholders.

Simultaneous with its relocation from its Berea - based offices to Hillcrest in 2000, M2PM acquired Morgan Creek Properties 307 (Pty) Ltd (MCP). MCPROPS is committed to the principle of human resource development through skills transfer and implements this strategy whenever possible on its various developments, without compromising its product or service.

It is also committed to embracing Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) and making a positive contribution in overcoming the inconsistent employment ad business opportunities available in the past, and is therefore proud that a recent independent rating by DH Solutions, in terms of the principles of B-BBEE as dictated by the B-BBEE Act of 2003 and its subsequent codes, considers MCP to be a Level 3 Contributor.
